Instructions

    In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well with a whisk until everything is evenly combined and smooth.

    Preheat your oven to 170°c.

    Choose your desired baking mold and brush all the sides lightly with olive oil or butter.

    Pour your batter into the mold and insert into oven.

    Bake for 40-50mins. Once baked, remove from oven and cool in the mold.
