Instructions

In a small pot add all your ingredients and boil on high heat for 5 mins, continuously stirring.

Once boiled, drop the heat to low and simmer for 15-20mins.

After the simmering, your syrup should be thick. To test take a spoon and dip in the syrup and hold it downwards, if the syrup runs off slowly it is done. If not, keep boiling till it thickens.

Cool your syrup down and place it into your desired container and store in a cool place.
