Creamy Chicken Pasta
The most indulgent, creamy chicken pasta dish for any occasion. Simple, hearty and tasty!
Instructions

To a hot pan, add in your olive oil, finely diced onions, crushed garlic and tomato paste. Mix together and cook until onions are golden brown.

Add your cut up chicken breast and your desired seasonings and cook till the chicken is brown on the outside.

Pour in the water with a cube of chicken stock and mix until dissolved. Then add your cream cheese and mix well.

Simmer on high heat for 5min.

Mix in your diced tomatoes and simmer on low heat.

While your chicken is cooking, boil water and add in your pasta. Boil until desired consistency.

Strain and add your pasta to your simmering sauce.

For this dish we used brussel sprouts and carrots that have been boiled. This is boiled for 10-12 while pasta is simmering on low heat.

Once chicken is cooked through, remove from heat and serve dish.
