Low Calorie Easy Egg Bites
Low calorie, high protein egg bites perfect for breakfast on the go, after a gym session or just to help that savoury craving. Calories per one serving - 42kcal Protein per 1 serving - 5g

Preheat your oven to 170°C, while that is heating dice your ham, red pepper, onion and tomatoes into small cubes.

Add your diced ingredients into a bowl along with 1 whole egg, and mix together until egg is covering all the ingredients.

Throw in your desired spices (ie. oregano, salt, black pepper, thyme and basil. Mix well into the mixture.

Measure and add your milk. Separate your 7 eggs, keeping only the egg whites and mix that in with the other ingredients in the bowl.

Pour your mixture into cupcake molds. Make sure not to overfill them as they will rise in the ove.

Bake for 12min. Once baked remove and let cool for 60mins.
